This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Facilitate student engagement by actively interacting on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Work collaboratively with school leadership, educators, and marketing teams to create campaigns that promote enrollment, attendance, testing participation, and community outreach efforts.
• Oversee content calendars and ensure timely dissemination of information regarding school events, deadlines, policy updates, and organizational announcements.
• Enhance follower growth, engagement metrics, and digital campaign effectiveness through strategic storytelling and audience-centric communication strategies.
• Professionally address comments, messages, and community inquiries while upholding the organization’s brand voice and customer service standards.
• Produce and schedule captivating content, including graphics, videos, student highlights, school announcements, and event promotions that align with organizational objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0-1 year of relevant professional experience.
• One to three (3) years of experience with social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in video editing on social media platforms.
• Experience interacting with content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Focus on customer service.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in coordinating academically-focused clubs and extracurricular activities.
• Familiarity with online learning experiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
• Must be able to pass a required background check.
