📋 Description

• Create and edit engaging short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Produce user-generated content (UGC) that feels genuine, relatable, and captivating.

• Generate content concepts, hooks, and scripts aimed at enhancing performance.

• Film and edit videos that highlight the app, its features, and various use cases.

• Consistently post and schedule content across different platforms.

• Craft captions, hashtags, and descriptions that are optimized for reach and engagement.

• Repurpose content across various platforms to maximize visibility.

• Stay updated on trends, sounds, and viral formats to integrate into content.

• Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages.

• Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on analytics.

• Maintain a content calendar to ensure a regular posting schedule.

• Collaborate on creative direction and messaging initiatives.

• Organize and manage content files and drafts efficiently.

• Support the testing of various content styles to enhance engagement and growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in social media, content creation, or video editing.

• Proficient video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar software.

• Experience in creating content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

• Comfortable producing UGC-style content and appearing on camera if necessary.

• Strong understanding of social media trends and effective engagement strategies.

• Ability to produce content swiftly and consistently.

• Excellent written communication skills for crafting captions and messaging.

• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
