Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain content calendars for all active social media platforms, ensuring timely publication that aligns with campaigns, sports events, and real-time opportunities.

• Create platform-specific content that embodies the brand's voice, visual style, and channel-specific goals.

• Stay updated on social media trends, internet culture, and sports moments — recognizing and seizing reactive content opportunities promptly.

• Manage collaborations with creators, overseeing content deliverables and communication with influencers and external partners.

• Assist in identifying and evaluating creators based on audience relevance, content quality, and brand alignment.

• Foster community interaction and audience engagement across platforms in a manner that authentically represents the brand's tone and positioning.

• Track and analyze social media performance metrics related to reach, engagement, audience growth, and brand signals — converting insights into actionable recommendations.

• Aid in the development and maintenance of reporting systems, tracking frameworks, and performance dashboards.

• Collaborate with design, copy, acquisition, and external partners to ensure the smooth and timely execution of social media initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing and executing social media activities for brands, ideally within the sports, entertainment, gaming, or betting sectors.

• Comprehensive understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook, and trends on emerging platforms.

• In-depth knowledge of platform-native content formats, audience behaviors, and engagement mechanics, with practical experience in reactive, meme-based, and entertainment-focused strategies.

• Experience in coordinating influencer marketing and creator ecosystems, with a proven ability to swiftly capitalize on trends, sports moments, and live events.

• Strong understanding of internet culture, meme formats, and entertainment-driven social content, with the ability to quickly transform cultural moments into brand opportunities.

• Capability to analyze social media metrics and extract actionable insights, utilizing social media management, analytics, and creator tracking tools.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.

• Professional working proficiency in English.
