Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Formulate social media strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility and fostering engagement.

• Design and distribute captivating content across various social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.

• Oversee social media accounts to maintain a consistent brand voice.

• Monitor social media channels for customer queries, comments, and feedback.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms, and implement best practices.

• Evaluate social media metrics and deliver regular reports on performance and insights.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to synchronize social media initiatives with overall marketing strategies.

• Work alongside graphic designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual and written materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Social Media Manager or in a comparable role.

• In-depth understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

• Skilled in social media management and analytics tools.

• Background in content creation with the ability to produce engaging and original materials.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Highly creative with a sharp eye for visual design.

• Proficient in data analysis and deriving actionable insights.

• Experience managing online communities and engaging with followers effectively.

• Familiarity with digital marketing and SEO practices.

• Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.

• Backup connection must support work during power outages.

• Primary Device: Desktop or laptop with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup Device: Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and function during power interruptions.

• Peripherals and Workspace: A functioning webcam, a noise-canceling USB headset, a quiet, dedicated home office space, and a smartphone for communication and verification.
