Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Establish the strategy for organic social media.

• Create and manage the content calendar.

• Generate static and short-form content.

• Analyze growth across platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

• Expand audiences and link content to acquisition and engagement outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in social media and digital marketing, with a focus on organic social growth.

• Proven, measurable results in organic social growth driven personally (e.g., follower increases, engagement-rate enhancements, acquisition leads, or video-view achievements).

• Comprehensive ownership of the organic social process: strategy, content calendar creation, scheduling, and publishing.

• Hands-on experience in producing organic social content — including static graphics, short-form videos, and platform-specific copy.

• Familiarity with executing organic content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).

• Proficient in C1+ English (CEFR) for client-facing communication and content creation in specialized subject areas.

• Nice-to-Have: Experience in managing contractors, editors, or creative freelancers; proficiency with AI content production tools; background in healthcare, biotech, or science-related content; experience in growing YouTube channels or developing long-form video strategies; ability to manage content across multiple brands or client portfolios simultaneously.
