This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop captivating, brand-aligned social media content (including graphics, captions, and hashtags) for a diverse range of small business clients.
• Plan and distribute content across various platforms utilizing tools like Hey Orca, Semrush, Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Work collaboratively with managers and customer success teams to ensure posts resonate with client objectives, voice, and seasonal campaigns.
• Track engagement and community interactions (such as likes, comments, and shares) and identify opportunities for further engagement or feedback.
• Aid in analyzing performance metrics and provide data-informed suggestions for enhancements. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to help clients excel online.
• 1–2 years of practical experience in social media marketing, ideally within an agency setting or managing multiple brand accounts.
• Excellent writing and storytelling abilities — capable of creating concise, engaging captions while understanding tone and brand identity.
• Knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar applications.
• Experience with social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Familiarity with best practices for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management — adept at managing various client accounts and meeting deadlines.
• A positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and a willingness to learn.

• Experience in paid social advertising (such as boosting posts and executing basic ad campaigns).
• Basic understanding of content analytics or reporting tools.
