This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and produce captivating short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Examine social media trends and pinpoint viral opportunities to enhance engagement and expand reach.

• Collaborate with and provide support to a community of content creators to ensure a continuous stream of new content.

• Develop social media strategies aimed at optimizing reach and engagement on various platforms.

• Keep abreast of the latest platform developments and algorithm changes to maximize effectiveness.

• Track performance metrics and refine strategies for better outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related area.

• Essential: iPhone (as some applications are exclusively available on iOS).

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Comprehensive understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends and their respective audiences.

• Creative and proactive approach to ideation, content creation, and implementation.

• Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple projects concurrently.

• A passion for social media and an innate curiosity to experiment and innovate.

• Experience in producing short-form videos with the potential for virality.
