Social Media Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Oversee, schedule, and disseminate content across various social media platforms

• Monitor and engage with comments and direct messages; manage social media communities

• Assist in account growth through regular posting, engagement, and adherence to best practices

• Design thumbnails, simple graphics, carousel covers, and basic social media assets utilizing Canva, Photoshop, or comparable tools

• Perform light video editing, including adding captions, resizing, and transforming longer content into short-form clips with CapCut, Opus Clip, Canva, or similar applications

• Upload and optimize YouTube content (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, playlists)

• Conduct research for content ideas using vidIQ, YouTube search, competitor analysis, and AI tools

• Monitor post performance, content metrics, and basic marketing statistics

• Assist with email campaigns, webinar setup, and follow-up tasks

• Identify and follow up with contacts on LinkedIn; aid in lead management and scheduling calls

• Provide support for Go High Level automations and workflows

⛳️ Requirements

• **Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal**

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts

• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Opus Clip, or similar applications

• Basic video editing capabilities; familiarity with short-form content creation

• Strong administrative and organizational abilities, capable of juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines

• Self-motivated, independent, and resourceful; adept at solving problems without constant supervision

• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to enhance daily workflows

• Experience with Go High Level is advantageous

• Advanced video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) are a bonus but not mandatory
