Social Media Manager – YouTube, Content Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You develop and strategize video content for YouTube, Shorts, Reels, and TikTok, focusing on cross-platform engagement and performance optimization.

• You edit video footage and design captivating thumbnails, titles, and hashtags, emulating the style of contemporary crypto and finance content creators (clean, appealing, and high-quality).

• You assess key performance indicators such as CTR, watch time, and conversion rates to identify and implement targeted improvements.

• You utilize available raw materials (calls, workshops, advertisements, etc.) to produce top-notch video content.

• You actively suggest relevant video formats and subjects related to crypto, DeFi, trading, mindset, and finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media or video content creation, preferably on YouTube.

• Demonstrated success in driving organic growth or performance marketing (e.g., over 100k views, high CTRs, successful Reels/Shorts).

• Proficient in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Strong grasp of storytelling, hook design, and audience retention techniques.

• A keen interest in or experience with crypto, DeFi, financial education, or investing.

• An independent and organized work style, with a readiness to take on responsibilities.

• Excellent command of both German and English, in written and spoken forms.
