Social Media Manager – Defense, Military & Aerospace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook.

• Develop engaging short-form content.

• Establish and maintain CRM databases for followers, prospects, partners, and engaged audiences for marketing and outreach efforts.

• Assist with email marketing and direct marketing campaigns linked to social media activities.

• Monitor content performance, audience growth, engagement metrics, and overall campaign success.

• Engage in outreach to influencers, media outlets, communities, and potential collaboration partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands, publications, startups, agencies, or industry organizations.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling abilities.

• Proficient in creating short-form videos, reels, graphics, and social media posts using AI and editing tools like Adobe Premiere, Adobe Express, Canva, and CapCut.

• Experience with CRM systems and project management applications.

• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level).

• Strong judgement, professionalism, attention to detail, and effective communication skills in a sensitive industry.

• Background or keen interest in defense, military, and aerospace sectors.
