This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Ensure the implementation of the company's Community and Workshops strategy.
• Liaise and coordinate with various areas and teams within the organization, both locally and internationally.
• Responsible for crafting communication copies to create quality content: newsletters, posts, surveys, giveaways, scripts, etc.
• Plan, schedule, and manage workshops in collaboration with our network of stores.
• Support and manage one of the company's major events.
• Actively propose collaborations with partners, brands, associations, and NGOs for the Workshops strategy.
• Internal coordination for the implementation of new technological advancements in the Community: new missions, new badges, new functionalities, etc.
• Proactively suggest actionable items to improve project results in alignment with our Annual Commercial Operations Plan.
• Ensure quality UGC in the Community and foster synergies with other areas to enhance visibility (SEO, CRM, Club, Web, Social Media, PR, etc).
• Guarantee a positive interaction between Community users and the brand by assisting users and addressing their questions and concerns.
• Implement engagement strategies to maintain user motivation and involvement in the Community.
• Maintain the health of the Community: content curation and correction.
• Balance and monitor the results of the Community and Workshops (Piano, Skeepers, NPS surveys).
• Excellent grammar and spelling. Able to write quickly, consistently, accurately, passionately, and creatively.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Journalism/Communication.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Languages: Advanced level of English. The project requires constant communication in this language.
• Technical skills: Experience with social media KPI measurement tools.
• Skills: Ability to work in a team, persuasive and negotiation skills, flexibility, analytical skills, communication abilities, social skills, and experience in public presentations in both Spanish and English.
• Hybrid work model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work. Offices located in Alcobendas (Madrid).
• Full-time schedule from Monday to Thursday and intensive hours on Fridays and during summer.
• Access to an internal training platform.
