Social Media Manager, Community

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance Jerry's organic visibility across major platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create a comprehensive playbook for Jerry that focuses on effective community engagement.

• Analyze engagement metrics, including sentiment and referral traffic.

• Work in collaboration with the Growth and Content teams to maintain consistency across different channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media.

• Background in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing and/or regulated sectors.

• Strong understanding of SEO principles.

• Proven ability to foster and grow engaged communities on Reddit.

• Familiarity and comfort with TikTok and Quora platforms.

• Capacity to add genuine value to online conversations.
