This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop and manage a social content engine that consistently enhances reach, engagement, and brand trust across key platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Design and oversee a clear, feasible content calendar that aligns launches, promotions, and evergreen storytelling.
• Craft impactful captions, hooks, and community prompts that resonate with the brand voice and inspire action.
• Publish, schedule, and optimize content (format, timing, hashtags/SEO, trends) informed by data analytics.
• Oversee community management: respond warmly and accurately, escalate issues when necessary, and transform comments/DMs into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creators/influencers and UGC contributors to source, brief, and repurpose content (ensuring usage rights are tracked and organized).
• Monitor performance weekly (growth, engagement, CTR, saves, watch time) and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Work cohesively with designers, editors, and marketing leads to deliver content on schedule without compromising quality.
• Stay updated on platform changes and beauty content trends, rapidly test concepts, and report on findings.
• **Must-Have:**
• 5+ years of hands-on social media management experience for a consumer brand (preferably in beauty, skincare, haircare, wellness, or lifestyle).
• Demonstrated ability to create platform-native content that achieves results (you can articulate why a post was effective, not just that it was).
• Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for tone, clarity, and brand consistency.
• Proficiency in using social scheduling and analytics tools (native analytics is acceptable; familiarity with Sprout/Later/Hootsuite is a bonus).
• Experience in building and maintaining a content calendar while meeting publishing deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Strong communication skills and reliability in a fully remote setting.
• Ownership mentality: you proactively follow through, identify gaps early, and keep tasks progressing without needing reminders.
• **Nice to Have:**
• Experience in the beauty industry (products, ingredients, routines, launches, creator culture) with a strong intuition for audience trust.
• Basic short-form editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar) and comfort in directing straightforward UGC edits.
• Experience in supporting product launches, promotions, and social commerce (Shop links, landing pages, UTM tracking).
• Experience in collaborating with influencers/creators, including brief writing and tracking usage rights.
• Light coordination of paid social boosting (collaborating with a performance marketer and sharing creative insights).
