This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Develop and execute a thorough social media strategy that aligns with business and marketing objectives.
• Oversee and expand all social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook).
• Create, curate, and disseminate engaging, high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and captions.
• Plan and implement social media campaigns aimed at boosting engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor actions to guide content strategy.
• Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions) and refine campaigns as needed.
• Manage social media calendars to ensure regular posting schedules.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and facilitate online community engagement.
• Collaborate with design, product, and customer success teams to produce relevant content.
• Supervise paid social media campaigns and optimize for return on investment (ROI).
• Maintain brand voice, tone, and reputation across all digital platforms.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to enhance performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing software).
• Understanding of paid social advertising and campaign optimization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
