This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee a variety of social media platforms, focusing primarily on TikTok and Pinterest accounts for different client brands.
• Investigate social media trends, viral content, trending audio, and updates specific to each platform.
• Create and implement organic social media strategies aimed at boosting engagement and follower growth.
• Develop and maintain content calendars, ideally planning two weeks ahead.
• Edit short-form video content utilizing footage provided by clients.
• Produce captivating, brand-aligned content that reflects luxury and premium aesthetics.
• Collaborate closely with the internal creative team, suggesting content ideas prior to scheduled shoots.
• Organize and schedule content through the agency's social media management platform.
• Write captions and copy for review, ensuring that each client's distinctive brand voice is preserved.
• Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for enhancing reach and engagement.
• Generate monthly analytics reports for various social media platforms, including TikTok and Pinterest, emphasizing key insights and recommendations.
• Remain highly responsive to reactive content opportunities and urgent client requests.
• Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to deadlines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management.
• Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Pinterest, for business brands.
• Comprehensive understanding of algorithms, trends, viral content, and strategies for organic growth.
• Proficient in creating and editing short-form video content using CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Ability to analyze social media performance and translate insights into actionable enhancements.
• Strong content planning and organizational abilities.
• Experience in developing content calendars and managing numerous brands simultaneously.
• Excellent written English skills with the capability to craft engaging social media copy.
• Keen eye for visual storytelling, branding, and premium content.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a remote creative team.
