📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations across Instagram and Meta platforms

• Establish and uphold a robust presence on Instagram Stories for all stores

• Interact directly with followers through messages, comments, polls, reposts, and engaging content

• Develop a lively, community-oriented brand voice akin to top hospitality brands

• Ensure consistent engagement with the audience and maintain prompt online responsiveness

• Adapt content provided by the agency into formats suitable for each platform

• Produce captivating stories, reels, promotional posts, and short-form content

• Execute basic graphic design and video editing tasks for social media platforms

• Transform existing content into appealing daily social media activities

• Utilize AI tools where applicable to enhance efficiency and content generation

• Assist with Instagram and Meta's paid advertising initiatives

• Aid in audience targeting, boosted posts, and promotional campaigns

• Track engagement and performance metrics for campaigns

• Contribute to ongoing strategies for audience growth and community engagement

• Help foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat engagement through social media

• Investigate future possibilities for TikTok content and platform expansion

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts for hospitality, food, or lifestyle brands

• Strong grasp of Instagram Stories and strategies for audience engagement

• Basic skills in graphic design and short-form video editing

• Experience in paid media buying

• Background in the hospitality or food industry

• Capability to transform content into engaging social media assets

• Excellent communication skills and brand awareness

• Ability to oversee multiple store accounts while maintaining consistency

• Experience with AI tools for content creation or editing (Desirable)

• Familiarity with TikTok trends and strategies (Desirable)
