• Become a part of Mind Friend as a Social Media Manager and contribute significantly to enhancing our brand visibility across various social media platforms. This remote role entails managing, creating, and optimizing content to engage our audience and stimulate growth. You will be tasked with defining the online voice of Mind Friend and ensuring our social media initiatives align with our overall business objectives.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee social media strategies that boost brand recognition and engagement.

• Create and curate captivating content across diverse platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Monitor social media channels, actively interact with followers, respond to comments, and enhance community engagement.

• Analyze social media metrics and produce reports to evaluate campaign success and guide future strategies.

• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Stay informed about emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing.

• Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Proficient with major social media platforms and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

• Strong grasp of social media analytics and the ability to convert data into actionable insights.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative mindset with the capability to generate engaging content.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team.

• Experience with paid social media campaigns is an advantage.
