This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Design and implement a cohesive social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and TikTok.
• Generate, plan, and share captivating content (text, visuals, short videos) that resonates with LatamCent’s brand identity.
• Monitor and interact with followers, comments, and direct messages to foster community engagement.
• Analyze and report on essential metrics (reach, engagement, follower increase, leads) on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Keep abreast of platform trends, algorithm updates, and B2B content best practices.
• Work with internal teams to adapt case studies, testimonials, and hiring insights into social media content.
• Manage and enhance paid social media campaigns as necessary.
• 3–4 years of experience in social media management for a brand or agency.
• Demonstrated success in growing and engaging audiences on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and TikTok.
• Exceptional copywriting abilities in English (Spanish is a bonus).
• Skilled in using social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar).
• Basic graphic design proficiency (using tools like Canva or Adobe).
• Experience with B2B, SaaS, or staffing and recruiting content is highly advantageous.
• Self-motivated individual capable of managing their own time and meeting deadlines in a remote setting.
• Fully remote position with a flexible part-time schedule (20 hours per week).
