This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• - Craft authentic, voice-aligned LinkedIn content for C-Suite executives, enhancing each leader’s personal brand and industry standing.
• - Create and share long-form content for the official Company LinkedIn page, promoting brand visibility and audience interaction in a B2B environment.
• - Develop and oversee a consistent content calendar that aligns with company objectives and go-to-market strategies.
• - Collaborate with department leaders throughout the organization to pinpoint relevant topics, internal expertise, and timely subjects to enrich the content pipeline.
• - Analyze LinkedIn performance metrics and leverage insights to continuously refine content strategy and posting frequency.
• - Maintain consistency in brand voice across all LinkedIn content, whether executive or company-level.
• - Keep abreast of LinkedIn best practices, algorithm updates, and trends in B2B content.
• - Additional responsibilities as assigned.
• - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
• - Several years of proven experience in B2B content marketing or social media management, particularly focused on LinkedIn.
• - Proven ghostwriting skills; adept at capturing and adapting tone and voice for various personalities.
• - Excellent written communication abilities — capable of simplifying complex ideas into engaging, clear content.
• - Self-motivated with strong organizational capabilities and the ability to manage multiple content initiatives independently.
• - Familiarity with LinkedIn’s content formats, best practices, and engagement techniques.
• - Basic knowledge of content analytics and performance evaluation.
• - Experience writing in SaaS, tech, or startup environments is advantageous.
• - Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, or similar productivity tools.
