This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Acting as the primary social contact on a daily basis for clients and account teams under the guidance of a VP, Social Media.
• Partnering with the account team as necessary for client projects and deliverables.
• Spearheading the creation of project briefs for diverse projects (e.g., content, corporate, influencer), drafting social media copy, and coordinating with the creative team on content design.
• Assisting in establishing project timelines, formulating strategies, and proactively offering guidance and direction on social media projects.
• Taking complete ownership of several projects and efficiently communicating recommendations to account teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in communications, marketing, digital, business, or a health/science-related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of experience in communications or related fields such as marketing, advocacy, digital, social, or health; experience in partnerships, US/global health issues, or health product communications is preferred.
• Proven track record of working across social media platforms and implementing programs that support corporate, branded, and unbranded healthcare and lifestyle initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, and Google Analytics, along with a general understanding of paid social and organic/user-generated content campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Excellent internal and external communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
• Exceptional time management abilities, capable of juggling multiple priorities.
