• Develop and implement thorough social media strategies across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter (X).
• Create and manage high-quality, engaging content (graphics, videos, photography, and copywriting) utilizing tools like Adobe Suite and Canva.
• Establish and maintain monthly content calendars that align with client objectives and campaign schedules.
• Drive social media storytelling and brand voice development for multiple clients.
• Analyze performance metrics and refine campaigns based on data-driven insights.
• Conduct continuous social listening and trend analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Present strategies, reports, and insights to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Oversee client communications, approvals, and workflows through social media management tools (e.g., Loomly).
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce creative assets and campaigns.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Social Media Managers, promoting a high-performance and innovative culture.
• Over 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
• Demonstrated success in growing substantial social media followings and enhancing engagement.
• Strong comprehension of internet culture, social trends, and digital audience behavior.
• Advanced skills in content creation (graphic design, video editing, and copywriting).
• Familiarity with social media management platforms and content management systems.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring teams.
• Strong project management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
• Experience in B2B marketing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (client-facing experience is essential).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership and stakeholders.
