Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the company's visibility on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.

• Edit and adapt video content (both long-form and short-form) tailored for each social media platform.

• Create on-brand graphics, templates, and visual materials using Canva.

• Compose captions, hooks, and post text utilizing the company's distinctive voice.

• Develop, manage, and distribute monthly EDMs through Mailchimp, including the design of templates.

• Establish and maintain a content calendar with proactive scheduling.

• Edit long-form podcast/YouTube content into short-form clips for social media sharing.

• Generate SOPs for recurring content workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Analyze platform analytics and provide reports on content performance.

• Keep abreast of social media trends and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in social media management, preferably in professional services, finance, or B2C brand environments.

• Strong video editing capabilities: proficient in creating short-form reels and long-form edits (using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).

• Skilled in Canva with a keen eye for design and brand alignment.

• Familiarity with Mailchimp or a similar EDM platform.

• Exceptional written English skills: ability to craft captions that are natural and engaging.

• Highly organized, capable of managing your own time, deadlines, and content calendar independently.

• Proactive attitude: you bring forth ideas and initiatives.

• Experience with podcast or YouTube content is a significant advantage.
