• Develop, manage, and enhance Huckleberry's social media strategy across essential platforms, focusing on platform-specific intent, content philosophy, audience growth, and channel prioritization.
• Create and oversee a content strategy aligned with business goals—not solely based on trends, but aimed at fostering enduring relevance and community engagement with parents.
• Spearhead the creative process, whether by guiding others or through your own hands-on execution.
• Direct the development of the social calendar, content planning, and publishing on both existing and emerging platforms.
• Take ownership of the brand voice in comments, direct messages, and community spaces; establish systems and routines to ensure scalability.
• Design and uphold a KPI framework and feedback mechanism that links social performance to broader brand and business outcomes; present insights to stakeholders.
• Remain informed about the changing social landscape, not to pursue virality, but to provide Huckleberry with a thoughtful, strategic perspective on engagement and presence.
• Collaborate with brand, product, and growth teams to weave social media into larger campaigns and product marketing initiatives while contributing to overall brand-building efforts.
• 5–8 years of experience in social media or brand marketing, with progressively greater responsibility for strategy.
• A portfolio showcasing both creative ingenuity and strategic organization—you can craft an engaging caption as well as a detailed quarterly content brief.
• Extensive knowledge across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including the unique algorithms, cultures, and content norms of each platform.
• Proficient in utilizing data to formulate hypotheses rather than simply reporting on results; you understand what metrics to track, their significance, and how to communicate findings clearly.
• Experience within consumer, lifestyle, wellness, parenting, or family-oriented brand environments.
