Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a Social Media Manager (m/f/d) at Kess, you will oversee our social media channels, particularly focusing on Instagram and TikTok.

• You will generate innovative content ideas, implement them independently, and continuously track platform trends, performance metrics, and algorithms.

• Within our Social Media & Communications team, you will work in both an operational and strategic capacity: taking a comprehensive approach to content, developing formats, and actively influencing our identity as a beauty brand.

• In accordance with our brand guidelines, you will ensure aesthetically pleasing storytelling, compelling visuals, and a cohesive brand presence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media or content creation, preferably within a brand or agency setting.

• A strong aesthetic sense and creativity, with an appreciation for minimalist, clean brand design.

• Awareness of current social media trends and a passion for beauty and lifestyle topics.

• Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Canva.

• Excellent communication skills, strong writing abilities, and sound editorial judgment.

• Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent work style, coupled with a solution-oriented, hands-on approach.

• Ideally, you have experience with, or a willingness to, appear on camera.

• Proficient in both German and English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
