This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Schedule and publish content across various client accounts utilizing social media tools.
• Perform manual posting as needed, including Stories and location-restricted posts via VPN.
• Maintain and update content calendars for all designated accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate publishing with no missed posts.
• Proactively identify and resolve publishing issues efficiently.
• Implement engagement strategies, including proactive commenting and outreach.
• Respond to direct messages across platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
• Interact with relevant community and partner accounts to enhance reach.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice across all communications.
• Appropriately escalate sensitive interactions.
• Craft platform-specific captions for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Adapt tone and messaging to fit various brand voices.
• Create authentic and engaging copy for comments and direct messages.
• Research trends, hooks, and formats to ensure content remains relevant.
• Ensure all written content is reflective of native social media language.
• Compile and generate monthly analytics reports using internal tools.
• Translate data into clear insights for clients.
• Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted on time.
• Monitor performance metrics across accounts.
• Identify trends, platform updates, and content ideas proactively.
• Assist with influencer research and campaign preparation.
• Organize digital assets and maintain a well-structured file system.
• Provide daily and weekly updates during the onboarding process.
• Approximately 3 years of professional experience in social media management.
• Strong written English skills with a native-level social media tone.
• Proven ability to manage multiple brand accounts concurrently.
• In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Drive.
• Ability to extract and interpret social media analytics effectively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently after onboarding.
• Comfortable with the installation and use of VPN tools.
• Strong reliability and responsiveness during working hours.
• Experience in the hospitality, lifestyle, food, or restaurant industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in Canva for template-based content execution is preferred.
• Strong social media copywriting skills, non-SEO focused, are preferred.
• Experience working in agencies or multi-client settings is preferred.
• Habit of proactively tracking trends and platform updates is preferred.
