This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct scene research: Compile a list of 20–30 local promoters, clubs, and DIY events within your city.
• Monitor events: Regularly review their Instagram profiles and websites each week, adding new events to our application.
• Engage in outreach: Connect with promoters directly and enlist them for our platform — “We’ll showcase your event at no cost; you provide us with the details.”
• Establish a pipeline: Prepare the foundation so that the manually curated promoters can transition into our first paying customers.
• You have a passion for and a deep understanding of your city’s nightlife and event scene.
• You are able to work independently without the need for micromanagement.
• You are comfortable reaching out to individuals directly (via DMs, emails, or phone calls).
• You are currently enrolled as a student — your degree subject is irrelevant; what matters is your vibe and fit.
• Bonus: You already have connections within the local scene.
• Start from day one. Not in five years when the brand is established — but now, when your contributions will truly make an impact.
• Potential for employment following the 3-month internship — including a City Lead position (responsibility for your city) or employee equity/stock options based on your performance.
• Acquire real-world skills: Sales, outreach, community building, and operations — knowledge that no classroom can provide.
• Direct access to the founding team. You collaborate with us, rather than working for a department.
• A solid reference letter and a resume highlight that will distinguish you in future job applications.
• Opportunity to attend partner events featured on our app.
