This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist in the creative development of paid social and CTV initiatives for the Earnings, Cash Advance, and Credit Building sectors.
• Aid in crafting creative briefs for production cycles.
• Provide script ideas and innovative perspectives for UGC-style videos and CTV advertisements.
• Collaborate with our design team to modify and refresh static ad assets in Figma as necessary.
• Keep an eye on social media trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube—analyzing performance and translating findings into actionable insights for paid creative.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify creative references to guide ad direction.
• Assist in creative quality assurance during video reviews (via Frame.io) and highlight necessary revisions.
• Respond swiftly and adjust concepts based on real-time performance feedback.
• You possess a deep understanding of social media dynamics and can discern why certain content resonates—not merely what is currently trending.
• You can integrate organic social insights with paid creative strategies—you recognize what captures attention and how to construct a brief around it.
• You have a keen sense for short-form ad copy and UGC-style creativity.
• You are organized and capable of managing multiple concepts and briefs without losing focus.
• You communicate clearly and can succinctly convey a creative idea.
• You are resourceful, self-driven, and excel in a test-and-learn environment.
• You have an understanding or curiosity regarding paid social advertising—you think in terms of hooks, offers, and CTAs.
• You grasp the distinction between content that performs organically and content that converts in a paid advertising context.
• Bonus Points If You Have:
• Grown your own social media account—you comprehend the effort involved in building an audience, not just content creation.
• Experience with or exposure to paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube Ads).
• Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, Sora, ChatGPT, etc.) for creative brainstorming.
• Experience using Figma for editing static ad assets.
• Knowledge of paid social performance metrics (CTR, hook rate, thumb-stop rate).
• Home Office Setup Allowance: $300 one-time.
• Friday UberEats Allowance: $25/week.
• Learning & Development Allowance: $300 per term.
• Fitness/Wellness Allowance: $120 per term.
