Social Media, Influencer Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the Organic Social Media Marketing Strategy while enhancing existing processes to align with business objectives.

• Design captivating social initiatives, both editorial and promotional, ensuring a unified brand voice to foster community growth and engagement.

• Manage the creation, curation, and copywriting of daily content.

• Utilize fundamental design skills using Adobe and/or Canva.

• Attend photoshoots and travel as necessary to produce unique social media content and facilitate influencer collaborations.

• Represent SmartBuyGlasses at influencer events and brand booths throughout Europe in collaboration with our senior team.

• Supervise the daily management of social media channels, including scheduling across all platforms, engaging with the community, and responding to direct messages.

• Oversee any external assistance in channel management.

• Develop and maintain social media content calendars for Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Coordinate the creation of assets such as copy, graphics, infographics, and videos for social platforms (both organic and paid), collaborating with the internal creative team and freelancers.

• Regularly monitor performance analytics and conduct competitive benchmarking.

• Assess the effectiveness of strategies and creative approaches, providing recommendations for ongoing improvements.

• Stay informed about influencer marketing trends, channel algorithms, platform updates, legal requirements, and changes within the influencer community.

• Generate innovative and creative strategies for influencer campaigns.

• Develop impactful influencer campaigns.

• Lead a team of specialists to audit and reach out to influencers, negotiating and briefing them to deliver compelling content.

• Analyze data from various sources to identify gaps in the influencer marketing process and collaborate with marketing teams to address them.

• Achieve influencer strategy objectives and optimize commercial opportunities through comprehensive analysis and reporting.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience in social media and influencer marketing within consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors.

• Possess a growth mindset. You deliver daily, experiment quickly, eliminate what isn’t effective, and do not wait for approval.

• Documented success in scaling branded social channels (provide named examples and specific outcomes).

• Familiarity with current influencer rates, contract norms, and FTC/ASA disclosure regulations.

• Strong understanding of social and content performance metrics, differentiating between vanity metrics and commercial value.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a knack for creative copy.

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or basic video editing tools.

• A natural storyteller who conceptualizes using hooks, formats, and emotional triggers.

• Collaborative yet capable of working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
