This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Develop and execute the Organic Social Media Marketing Strategy while enhancing existing processes to align with business objectives.
• Design compelling social programs, both editorial and promotional, that reflect a unified perspective and brand voice to foster community growth and engagement.
• Oversee the creation, curation, and copywriting of content for daily posts.
• Utilize basic design skills using Adobe and/or Canva.
• Participate in photoshoots and travel as necessary to produce unique social content and facilitate influencer collaborations.
• Represent SmartBuyGlasses at influencer events and brand booths throughout Europe alongside our senior team.
• Manage the daily operations of social media channels, including scheduling across all platforms, engaging with the community, and handling direct messages.
• Supervise any outsourced assistance with channel management.
• Create and maintain social media content calendars for Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Coordinate the creation of assets, including copy, graphics, infographics, and videos for social platforms (both organic and paid), in collaboration with the internal creative team and freelancers.
• Regularly monitor performance analytics and conduct competitive benchmarking.
• Assess the effectiveness of strategies and creative content, providing recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing, including channel algorithms, platform updates, legal requirements, and changes within the influencer community.
• Generate innovative and creative ideas for influencer campaigns.
• Develop impactful influencer campaigns.
• Lead a team of specialists to audit and reach out to influencers, as well as negotiate and brief them to create compelling content.
• Analyze data from multiple sources, identify gaps in the influencer marketing process, and collaborate with marketing teams to address these issues.
• Achieve influencer strategy objectives and optimize commercial opportunities through clear analysis and reporting.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing within a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.

• A proven history of scaling branded social channels (provide named examples and specific results).

• A solid understanding of social and content performance metrics, distinguishing between vanity and commercial metrics.
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal English, with a creative copy instinct.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or basic video editing tools.
• A natural storyteller, thinking in terms of hooks, formats, and emotional triggers.
