This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Design and execute the Organic Social Media Marketing Strategy while enhancing existing processes in alignment with business objectives.
• Develop captivating social initiatives, both editorial and promotional, ensuring a unified perspective and brand voice to foster community and engagement.
• Oversee the creation, curation, and copywriting of content for daily posts.
• Utilize basic design skills using Adobe and/or Canva.
• Participate in photoshoots and travel as necessary to produce distinctive social content and advance influencer collaborations.
• Manage the daily operations of social media channels, including scheduling across platforms, engaging with the community, and responding to direct messages.
• Supervise any outsourced support for channel management.
• Create and maintain social media content calendars for Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Coordinate the creation of assets, including copy, static images, infographics, and videos for social platforms (both organic and paid), collaborating with the internal creative team and freelancers.
• Regularly track performance analytics and conduct competitive benchmarking.
• Assess the effectiveness of strategies and creative approaches.
• Offer recommendations for ongoing enhancements.
• Keep abreast of trends in influencer marketing, including channel algorithms, platform changes, legal requirements, and shifts within the influencer community.
• Generate innovative ideas for influencer campaigns.
• Develop impactful influencer campaigns.
• Lead a team of specialists to audit and reach out to influencers, negotiate, and brief them to produce compelling content.
• Analyze data from various sources, identify deficiencies in the influencer marketing process, and collaborate with marketing teams to address them.
• Achieve influencer strategy objectives and maximize commercial opportunities through comprehensive analysis and reporting.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing within a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.

• Strong grasp of social and content performance metrics (distinguishing between vanity and commercial metrics).
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with a knack for creative copy.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or basic video editing software.
• Natural storyteller. You think in terms of hooks, formats, and emotional triggers.
• Team-oriented yet capable of working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
