Social Media, Influencer Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute the Organic Social Media Marketing Strategy while enhancing existing processes to align with business objectives.

• Design captivating social initiatives, including both editorial and promotional content, that maintain a unified perspective and brand voice to foster community growth and engagement.

• Oversee the creation, curation, and copywriting of daily posts.

• Utilize basic design capabilities using Adobe and/or Canva.

• Participate in photoshoots and travel as necessary to produce distinctive social content and enhance influencer partnerships.

• Represent SmartBuyGlasses at influencer events and brand showcases throughout Europe in collaboration with our senior team.

• Manage daily operations of social media channels, which includes scheduling across all platforms, engaging with the community, and responding to direct messages.

• Supervise any external assistance with channel management.

• Create and maintain the social media content calendars for Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Coordinate the creation of assets, including copy, graphics, infographics, and videos for both organic and paid social platforms, in partnership with the internal creative team and freelancers.

• Regularly monitor performance analytics and conduct competitive benchmarking.

• Assess the efficacy of strategies and creative approaches, making suggestions for ongoing enhancement.

• Remain updated on influencer marketing trends, channel algorithms, platform modifications, legal requirements, and dynamics within the influencer community.

• Generate innovative ideas for influencer campaigns.

• Develop impactful influencer campaigns.

• Lead a team of specialists to evaluate and outreach to influencers, negotiating and briefing them to produce compelling content.

• Analyze data from various sources to identify gaps in the influencer marketing process, collaborating with marketing teams to address these issues.

• Achieve influencer strategy goals and maximize commercial opportunities through thorough analysis and reporting.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in social media and influencer marketing within a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.

• A growth-oriented mindset. You deliver daily, test quickly, eliminate what doesn’t succeed, and do not wait for approval.

• Demonstrated success in scaling branded social channels (specific examples and outcomes required).

• Familiarity with current influencer rates, contract standards, and FTC/ASA disclosure regulations.

• Strong grasp of social and content performance metrics, distinguishing between vanity and commercial metrics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with a creative copywriting intuition.

• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or basic video editing software.

• A natural storyteller who thinks in terms of hooks, formats, and emotional triggers.

• Able to work collaboratively while also delivering independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
