This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.
• Develop and execute the Organic Social Media Marketing Strategy while enhancing existing processes to align with business objectives.
• Craft engaging social initiatives, both editorial and promotional, that maintain a unified perspective and brand voice, aimed at expanding community engagement.
• Oversee content creation, curation, and copywriting for daily social media posts.
• Utilize basic design skills using Adobe and/or Canva.
• Participate in photoshoots and travel as necessary to generate distinctive social content and promote influencer partnerships.
• Represent SmartBuyGlasses at influencer events and brand exhibitions across Europe, collaborating with our senior team.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of social media channels, including scheduling content across all platforms, fostering community engagement, and replying to direct messages.
• Supervise any external assistance with channel management.
• Develop and maintain social media content calendars for Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Coordinate the creation of assets, including copy, graphics, infographics, and videos for both organic and paid social media platforms, in partnership with the internal creative team and freelancers.
• Regularly monitor performance analytics and conduct competitive benchmarking. Assess the effectiveness of strategies and creative approaches.
• Propose recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Remain updated on trends in influencer marketing, including channel algorithms, platform changes, legal requirements, and shifts within the influencer community.
• Generate innovative and creative ideas for influencer campaigns.
• Create impactful influencer campaigns.
• Lead a team of specialists to evaluate and reach out to influencers, negotiate terms, and guide influencers to produce compelling content.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify gaps in the influencer marketing process and collaborate with marketing teams to address them.
• Achieve influencer strategy goals and maximize commercial opportunities through clear analysis and reporting.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing with a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.

• A solid understanding of social and content performance metrics, distinguishing between vanity and commercial metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with a natural talent for creative copywriting.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or basic video editing software.
• An innate storyteller who thinks in terms of hooks, formats, and emotional triggers.
• Ability to collaborate while also working independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
