This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Develop and execute the Organic Social Media Marketing Strategy while enhancing existing processes to align with business objectives.
• Create captivating social initiatives, both editorial and promotional, that reflect a unified perspective and brand voice to foster community and engagement.
• Oversee content creation, curation, and copywriting for daily posts.
• Utilize basic design skills with Adobe and/or Canva.
• Participate in photoshoots and travel as necessary to produce distinctive social content and enhance influencer collaborations.
• Represent SmartBuyGlasses at influencer events and brand booths across Europe alongside our senior team members.
• Manage the daily operations of social media channels, including scheduling across all platforms, engaging with the community, and responding to direct messages.
• Supervise any outsourced assistance with channel management.
• Create and maintain social media content calendars for Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Coordinate the creation of assets, including copy, static images, infographics, and videos for social platforms (both organic and paid), in partnership with the internal creative team and freelancers.
• Regularly monitor performance analytics and conduct competitive benchmarking.
• Assess the effectiveness of strategies and creative approaches, offering recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, channel algorithms, platform changes, legal requirements, and shifts within the influencer community.
• Ideate fresh and innovative strategies for influencer campaigns.
• Develop impactful influencer campaigns.
• Lead a team of specialists to audit and reach out to influencers, negotiate terms, and brief influencers to produce compelling content.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify gaps in the influencer marketing process and collaborate with marketing teams to address them.
• Achieve influencer strategy objectives and maximize commercial opportunities through clear analysis and reporting.
• Over 3 years of direct experience in social media and influencer marketing within a consumer, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand.

• A proven history of scaling branded social channels effectively (provide named examples and specific outcomes).

• Strong grasp of social and content performance metrics (distinguishing between vanity and commercial metrics).
• Proficient written and verbal English skills with a creative copywriting instinct.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or basic video editing tools.
• A natural storyteller who thinks in hooks, formats, and emotional triggers.
