πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take ownership and expand Simple's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, which includes the primary brand, user-generated content accounts, AI creator-led formats, and research and development/experimentation channels.

β€’ Transform social media into a quantifiable growth avenue by enhancing organic acquisition, contributing to the funnel, and generating revenue from social, beyond mere reach and engagement.

β€’ Establish and manage a systematic content production process: trend identification β†’ concept development β†’ content creation β†’ publishing β†’ performance evaluation β†’ formulating new hypotheses. Execute numerous initiatives monthly, capitalize on successful ones, and swiftly discontinue those that are ineffective.

β€’ Direct a small, cross-functional production team β€” comprising a designer, motion designer, creator/host, nutrition expert, and external collaborators β€” while overseeing the entire production process, including budget management.

β€’ Create AI-enhanced workflows for research, ideation, scripting, editing, and iteration, allowing the team to produce 5–10 times more content without sacrificing brand integrity.

β€’ Spearhead viral and trend-focused experimentation within the fitness and nutrition sectors while safeguarding the core brand β€” utilizing sub-brands and R&D accounts as testing platforms before promoting successful formats to the main feed.

β€’ Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Science, and Influencer Marketing teams to maintain accurate, scientifically based messaging that is highly adaptable across creators and channels.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ You conceptualize in systems, rather than focusing on individual posts.

β€’ You are accountable for commercial results β€” follower counts and reach are inputs, not the objectives.

β€’ You balance brand strategy with performance management.

β€’ You act swiftly, abandon what isn't effective, and do not become attached to any one format.

β€’ You are comfortable taking ownership of metrics, defending them, and reporting on them.

β€’ You have successfully scaled a consumer product's social media following by over 1 million across various channels and can detail the strategies that contributed to this growth.

β€’ You have significantly improved social-driven revenue or conversion metrics β€” whether by 5x, 10x, or 30x β€” and can specify which content, formats, or channel choices were responsible.

β€’ You have launched a social media channel from scratch β€” bonus points if it was for a sub-brand, R&D, or experimentation account.

β€’ You have led a small, cross-functional creative team (5–10 individuals, both in-house and external) through the end-to-end production process, including managing the budget.

β€’ You have developed repeatable testing and iteration systems β€” not merely managed a content posting schedule.

β€’ You have integrated AI tools (such as generative video, voice, image, agents, AI creators) into an actual production workflow β€” rather than just experimenting with them on the side.

β€’ You possess over 4 years of experience in Social Media, Content Strategy, Brand Production, or Organic Growth for consumer products. Experience with a global or English-speaking audience is highly preferred.
