This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Take ownership of and expand Simple's social ecosystem across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, which includes the main brand, user-generated content accounts, AI creator-led formats, and research and development/experimentation channels.
β’ Transform social media into a quantifiable growth avenue by enhancing organic acquisition, contributing to the sales funnel, and generating revenue through social channels β focusing on more than just reach and engagement.
β’ Develop and manage a systematic content engine: from trend identification to concept development, production, publishing, performance evaluation, and forming new hypotheses. Execute numerous tests each month, amplify successful strategies, and promptly eliminate ineffective ones.
β’ Direct a streamlined cross-functional production team β comprising a designer, motion designer, creator/host, nutrition specialist, and external collaborators β while overseeing the entire production pipeline, including budget management.
β’ Establish AI-assisted workflows throughout research, ideation, scripting, editing, and iteration, allowing the team to produce 5β10 times more content without sacrificing brand integrity.
β’ Spearhead viral and trend-focused experimentation within the fitness and nutrition sectors while safeguarding the core brand β utilizing sub-brands and R&D accounts as testing platforms before rolling out successful formats to the main feed.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience in Social Media, Content Strategy, Brand Producing, or Organic Growth for consumer products.
β’ Proven track record of scaling a consumer product's social media following by over 1 million across various channels β with the ability to discuss specific strategies that achieved this growth.
β’ Successfully increased a social-driven revenue or conversion metric significantly β whether by 5x, 10x, or 30x β with a clear understanding of the content, format, or channel choices that contributed to this success.
β’ Experience launching a social channel from the ground up β especially advantageous if it involved a sub-brand, R&D, or experimental account.
β’ Led a compact cross-functional creative team (5β10 members, both in-house and external) through the entire production process, including budget oversight.
β’ Developed repeatable testing and iteration systems rather than merely managing a posting schedule.
β’ Integrated AI tools (such as generative video, voice, image, agents, and AI creators) into a genuine production workflow rather than just experimenting with them in isolation.
