📋 Description

• Transform and disseminate content into social media formats: You will broaden the influence of our content and thought leadership on various social platforms.

• Capture and reformat video, written, audio, and event materials.

• Generate short-form, platform-specific content across multiple channels.

• Identify and extract significant highlights from editorial, audio, and events.

• Adapt and convert key moments from audio content into concise formats.

• Translate concepts into engaging, shareable, and replicable formats.

• Experiment with new formats and features available on platforms.

• Implement social growth campaigns across organic, paid, and partner channels: You will strategize and initiate campaigns that amplify essential content and foster audience growth.

• Launch campaigns associated with content, events, and thought leadership.

• Utilize organic distribution, paid promotion, and partnerships to enhance reach.

• Plan, initiate, and optimize paid social campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and subscriber growth.

• Cultivate and oversee relationships with creators and experts.

• Execute distribution partnerships across various platforms.

• Build and maintain direct connections with platform partners such as LinkedIn and YouTube to unlock distribution opportunities, features, and insights.

• Identify and utilize platform opportunities to boost visibility.

• Optimize performance and enhance repeat engagement and retention: You will take ownership of how social performance evolves over time.

• Monitor performance metrics across content, campaigns, and paid channels.

• Analyze engagement, reach, repeat interaction, and retention statistics.

• Refine formats, timing, targeting, and distribution strategies.

• Constantly test and enhance content and campaign methodologies.

• Develop repeatable formats and campaigns that ensure consistent engagement and returning behavior.

• Propel subscriber growth and community development through social channels: You will directly link social activities to audience expansion.

• Formulate and implement strategies that convert social audiences into subscribers.

• Optimize pathways from social engagement to subscriber conversion.

• Ensure social content consistently directs traffic to owned channels.

• Monitor and improve conversion performance across platforms.

• Establish repeatable systems that transform engagement into measurable subscriber growth.

• Assess performance and optimize for audience growth and retention: You will be responsible for measuring and enhancing social performance with a clear emphasis on growth and retention.

• Define success metrics for social content and campaigns.

• Track and analyze performance across organic, paid, and partner channels.

• Identify factors driving engagement, reach, subscriber growth, and retention.

• Make clear adjustments to enhance performance over time.

• Ensure social activities are aligned with measurable audience growth and retention objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• You have a strong understanding of how content performs on social media and what captures the attention of senior decision-makers, encouraging them to engage and develop ongoing consumption habits.

• You are adept at working with video, audio, written, and event-driven content and can translate ideas into suitable formats for each platform.

• You focus on distribution, engagement, growth, and retention, aiming to reach and maintain a high-value audience of senior leaders.

• You are data-driven and proactive, closely tracking performance, recognizing what works, and making swift adjustments.

• You know how to extend the reach of a piece of content or pivotal moment through effective packaging, timing, and amplification.

• Experience in producing short-form, platform-specific video content and transforming ideas into captivating social formats.

• Experience in managing and optimizing both organic and paid social campaigns, including budget and performance oversight.

• Experience in tracking and analyzing performance across social channels.

• Ability to enhance content and campaigns based on data insights.

• Experience collaborating with partners, creators, or other stakeholders.

• Highly organized content planner, skilled in creating and leveraging social calendars and strategies.

• Strong discernment in content selection, timing, and distribution.
