This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the formulation of monthly and annual marketing strategies aimed at promoting executive education throughout the year to achieve set objectives.
• Spearhead the creation and continual enhancement of executive education landing pages, digital content, and web experiences by employing SEO and audience engagement best practices to boost traffic, conversion rates, and registrations.
• Handle the daily upkeep of the company's executive education web pages utilizing WordPress for updates and modifications.
• Generate analytics and ROI reports for all online marketing and lead generation initiatives, when applicable.
• Design and execute impactful marketing campaigns and promotional materials across various channels including email, social media, web, paid advertising, print, and on-site events.
• Craft engaging marketing copy and promotional content, such as session descriptions, email campaigns, press releases, social media posts, digital advertisements, brochures, signage, and marketing materials directed at executives.
• A minimum of three years of proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in professional services, events, healthcare, behavioral health, education, or related sectors.
• Proven track record in developing and managing successful outbound email marketing campaigns (experience with Mailchimp is preferred).
• Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills, with the capability to simplify complex industry concepts into clear and persuasive marketing materials for executive audiences.
• Expertise in contemporary marketing and design platforms, including Figma (preferred), Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and other digital content creation tools.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, healthcare, journalism, graphic design, or a related discipline is preferred.
