Social Media Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will create cross-channel, long-term strategic initiatives for clients and critically assess the social media strategies proposed by the Creative Strategist.

• You will take charge of major key accounts and oversee the continuous development of your clients.

• You will lead extensive, cross-functional project teams comprising Organic, Paid Media, Paid Content, and Production professionals.

• You will assist in preparing pitches for new clients and manage projects from inception — from strategy formulation to outstanding execution; as Project Lead, you will maintain an overview of the entire project.

• You will collaborate closely with your team, which includes talents from Social Media, Creative Design, Strategy, and Influencer Marketing.

• For pitches, you will work in close partnership with the Growth team.

• As a Social Media Expert, you will be a leader within your team and mentor colleagues ranging from junior to senior levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess over 7 years of professional experience, ideally gained within an agency environment.

• You are familiar with relevant business metrics in daily agency operations and comprehend their interconnections.

• You have successfully managed multiple concurrent projects from brief to billing and are well-versed in the key organic KPIs.

• You exhibit strong project management capabilities, enjoy client-facing roles, and have experience in pitching.

• You have previously led and developed major clients such as TEDi, JACOBS, or e.ON.

• You bring an independent, organized, and responsible work style, coupled with a pronounced hands-on mentality.

• Advising clients in both German and English is within your capabilities.
