This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and enhance the social media presence of Fundamental and its executive leadership on platforms like LinkedIn and X.
• Craft insightful, high-quality content that appeals to audiences in enterprise technology, data science, executive leadership, and industry operations.
• Assist in defining the voice, positioning, and online representation of company leadership.
• Develop content strategies that align with significant company events such as conferences, product launches, customer stories, research initiatives, partnerships, campaigns, and industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to create authentic, opinion-driven content regarding the future of AI, enterprise technology, and predictions.
• Spot opportunities for timely commentary, reactive content, and strategic engagement in industry discussions.
• Work alongside events, design, content, and marketing teams to translate company activities into compelling digital narratives.
• Assist in producing content for conferences, executive dinners, customer events, podcasts, product launches, campaigns, and other brand-related moments throughout the year.
• Evaluate engagement quality, audience relevance, and strategic impact—not merely top-line impressions or follower increases.
• Stay informed about ongoing discussions in AI, enterprise software, startups, technology, and related industries.
• Experiment with innovative formats, creative methods, and storytelling styles that set Fundamental apart from conventional enterprise brands.
• Over 4 years of experience in social media, branding, content creation, communications, editorial, or similar marketing fields.
• Outstanding writing and communication abilities, coupled with strong editorial judgment.
• Profound understanding of LinkedIn, X, and the ways influential individuals and contemporary technology brands capture attention online.
• Keen sense of what renders content authentic, engaging, and culturally relevant.
• Capability to balance strategic thought with swift, high-quality execution.
• Solid comprehension of enterprise technology, startups, AI, or developer/data ecosystems.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with founders, executives, and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to distill complex concepts into engaging and accessible content.
• Strong creative instincts and a readiness to challenge traditional B2B marketing strategies.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple voices, campaigns, and timelines concurrently.
