This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Identify and conduct research on relevant influencers on Instagram and YouTube.
• Utilize Instagram and YouTube search functions, hashtags, keywords, and influencer discovery platforms to locate appropriate creators.
• Create and maintain comprehensive influencer databases with precise profile information.
• Discover influencers across various niches, audience sizes, and geographical regions.
• Analyze influencer profiles and the quality of their content.
• Assess influencer performance using key metrics such as Engagement Rate (ER), follower growth, reach and impressions, audience quality and authenticity, as well as average views and interactions.
• Detect fake followers, questionable engagement patterns, or low-quality audiences.
• Evaluate the suitability of influencers for brands based on content style, audience demographics, values, and niche relevance.
• Initiate and oversee communications with influencers through Instagram direct messages and email.
• Follow up with influencers regarding potential collaboration opportunities.
• Maintain professional communication to foster long-term relationships with influencers.
• Monitor outreach status and response rates.
• Manage influencer outreach trackers and campaign databases.
• Prepare influencer shortlists and detailed recommendation reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams concerning influencer selections.
• Provide regular updates on outreach progress and campaign readiness.
• Experience in researching influencers on Instagram and YouTube.
• Strong comprehension of influencer marketing and creator ecosystems.
• Familiarity with influencer discovery platforms.
• Knowledge of influencer metrics, including Engagement Rate (ER), reach, audience quality, views and watch time, and growth trends.
• Ability to assess influencer-brand compatibility.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple influencer conversations concurrently.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
