This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Oversee Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other designated platforms.
• Develop and schedule content tailored for each platform.
• Craft engaging hooks, captions, CTAs, and copy focused on audience interaction.
• Investigate trending topics and integrate them into branded content.
• Create weekly content calendars.
• Manage approval workflows efficiently.
• Adapt content into various formats suitable for multiple platforms.
• Discover high-performing content opportunities utilizing trends, audience psychology, engagement patterns, and competitor insights.
• Organize content around hooks, retention strategies, shares, saves, and conversation generation.
• Establish scalable short-form content systems across different locations.
• Evaluate content performance and suggest enhancements.
• Monitor and engage with comments, DMs, and overall interaction.
• Uphold same-business-day response standards.
• Recognize recurring audience inquiries, concerns, and trends.
• Address operational or patient-related issues according to established SOPs.
• Foster a professional, empathetic, and brand-consistent communication style on social platforms.
• Collaborate with internal marketing leadership and paid media vendors.
• Aid in organizing ad creative, conducting content and hook testing, analyzing audience feedback, and aligning landing pages with content.
• Track performance trends of social campaigns.
• Generate monthly reports on social media and content performance.
• Significant experience managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Background in managing social media for direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, healthcare, dental, orthodontic, or service-based brands.
• Strong grasp of short-form content trends and viral content mechanics.
• Deep understanding of audience psychology, engagement behavior, conversion-driven content, and social media growth.
• Proficient in writing hooks, captions, CTAs, and audience-focused copy.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and reporting or analytics tools.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to adhere to structured systems, SOPs, approval workflows, and deadlines.
• Proficient in managing content calendars and repetitive operational tasks with precision.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Able to analyze performance data and propose content improvements.
• Preferred: Experience with e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
• Preferred: Familiarity with paid social coordination or supporting paid media campaigns.
• Preferred: Background in healthcare, dental, orthodontic, or multi-location service businesses.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with offshore or remote teams.
