Social Media, Digital Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee social media content across the company's channels, ensuring messaging and brand voice remain consistent.

• Create and post captivating social media updates, mainly for digital platforms, with occasional assistance for print materials.

• Establish and uphold a cohesive content calendar that aligns with marketing strategies and company objectives.

• Compose clear, professional, and engaging text for social media, emails, and digital marketing campaigns.

• Track content performance and suggest enhancements to boost engagement and visibility.

• Assist with email marketing and other digital campaigns as necessary.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to guarantee that outreach, messaging, and campaigns align with business goals.

• Help ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital interactions.

• Support trade show marketing efforts, including directories, calendars, and communications before and after shows.

• Provide light logistical assistance related to trade shows, constituting about 10% of the role.

• Help organize event-related tasks, including travel arrangements, schedules, and necessary supporting materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.

• Strong background in crafting engaging social media content for professional, technical, industrial, or B2B settings.

• Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English.

• C1 level proficiency in English is required.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Familiarity with social media management tools and digital marketing platforms.

• Comfortable producing both written and visual content for digital channels.

• Capable of working independently in a remote environment.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• A valid U.S. visa is mandatory.

• Willingness to travel internationally for trade shows as needed.
