This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily social strategy for Cyderes' social media platforms, encompassing areas such as corporate branding, expertise, technical content, and employer branding.

• Create and implement new social campaigns from concept to execution, including the development of assets and social copy.

• Collaborate with marketing team members and partners to design assets tailored to the specific requirements of each channel.

• Manage the social content calendar, including scheduling, optimization, and reporting for all organic social efforts (assist with paid campaigns as needed).

• Track performance metrics and provide results and insights.

• Onboard and manage employees using our social sharing tool, Employee Advocacy by Sprout Social.

• Keep up to date with new platform updates and features, adapting strategy as necessary.

• Support our PR agency, MarketBridge, by providing their teams with essential resources, subject matter experts, and information needed to develop PR strategies.

• Assist with planning for internal communications.

• Collaborate with the Digital Content Manager to aid in content organization, editing, and project management.

• Report directly to Marketing Leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in communications, social media, digital content, or public relations.

• Proven experience managing social media from start to finish (strategy → execution → reporting).

• Strong writing and storytelling abilities, particularly for technical or B2B audiences; familiarity with AP style is preferred.

• Experience working collaboratively with various groups (marketing, product, leadership, and agencies).

• Background in cybersecurity, B2B technology, or SaaS is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of project management systems and social scheduling tools (Monday.com and Sprout Social).
