This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and expand the company's social media platforms, focusing primarily on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Create and uphold a consistent content calendar along with a posting schedule.
• Develop captivating content, including graphics, carousel posts, and short-form videos.
• Implement paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms.
• Provide assistance with video editing and AI-enhanced content creation when applicable.
• Track engagement metrics, analytics, and content performance.
• Lead the implementation and setup of a CRM and marketing automation system.
• Suggest and manage systems like HubSpot or other comparable enterprise-level CRM solutions.
• Build and refine automated email marketing workflows and customer journeys.
• Develop lead nurturing sequences and campaign automations.
• Establish scalable systems and processes for sustainable growth.
• Support lead generation efforts through social media and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct research and data scraping to pinpoint target prospects.
• Organize and maintain orderly lead databases.
• Assist in the setup and optimization of outreach campaigns.
• Contribute to shaping the overall digital marketing strategy for both brands.
• Identify opportunities to enhance visibility, engagement, and lead conversion.
• Aid in the continuous testing and optimization of campaigns and systems.
• Deliver insights and recommendations based on campaign data and reporting.
• Minimum of 3 years of substantial experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation processes.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms for building from the ground up.
• Proficient in managing content calendars and executing consistent marketing campaigns.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and constructing systems from scratch.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or app development sectors (Desirable).
• Skills in video editing or experience with AI tools for content generation (Desirable).
• Understanding of lead generation and outbound prospecting processes (Desirable).
• Experience in paid social media advertising (Desirable).
