Social Media & Creator Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will oversee our social media platforms, primarily focusing on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.

• You will generate innovative content ideas for Reels, TikToks, Stories, Posts, and Pinterest content.

• You will compose hooks, scripts, and briefs for short-form video creations.

• You will identify appropriate UGC creators and content producers for our products.

• You will manage outreach, coordination, and alignment with creators.

• You will develop comprehensive creator briefs that include product advantages, scene concepts, hooks, and calls-to-action.

• You will assess submitted content and offer feedback for improvement.

• You will publish content across our channels, ensuring proper timing, format, captions, and hashtags.

• You will oversee community interactions, including comments, messages, and engagement.

• You will analyze content performance and generate new content ideas based on insights.

• You will provide content concepts and creatives that can also be utilized for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or other performance channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess experience in social media, content marketing, creator marketing, or UGC.

• You have a comprehensive understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook from a marketing standpoint.

• You have a keen sense for hooks, trends, storytelling, and short-form video formats.

• You are capable of writing clear briefs and high-converting scripts.

• You are organized, work independently, and can manage multiple topics simultaneously.

• You have a discerning eye for brand presentation, visual language, and target audiences.

• You bring substantial marketing knowledge and think creatively with a performance- and sales-focused mindset.

• You have a foundational understanding of e-commerce and online marketing.
