This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and oversee a creator/influencer program that includes commission structures, product seeding, and campaigns.
• Engage and manage food, air fryer, and lifestyle influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create social media campaigns aimed at maximizing reach and driving conversions.
• Plan content and manage community engagement for our brands.
• Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team, including SEA and Amazon PPC/DSP.
• Analyze and report on creator performance, engagement metrics, and revenue attribution through specialized codes.
• Several years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably within the food or FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated success in building or scaling creator programs.
• Familiarity with commission models, affiliate tracking systems, and creator management platforms.
• Extensive network within the German-speaking food creator community.
• Proactive approach: capable of handling both strategic planning and execution.
• Keen awareness of trends, particularly in air frying, meal preparation, and quick cooking.
• Work–life balance.
