Social Media Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create engaging, concise, and compelling social media content by utilizing industry best practices.

• Select and curate images, graphics, and videos to enhance posts.

• Accurately schedule and tag posts using enterprise-level tools such as Sprinklr.

• Review and curate relevant industry content for social media accounts, ensuring careful evaluation against client competitors.

• Interact with audiences as per the program strategy and suggest new accounts to follow.

• Monitor and report on the performance of social content and assist Account Leads in gathering metrics for reporting purposes.

• Conduct market research and discover innovative methods to engage with our target audience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media programs.

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to turn stories into captivating social copy.

• A strong passion for creating outstanding content paired with excellent editing and proofreading abilities.

• Outstanding communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members on various daily tasks.

• Proficient in social technologies, with experience in Sprinklr considered an advantage.

• Experience in reporting and analytics to provide data-driven insights to clients.

• Unmatched attention to detail.

• Highly motivated and responsive individual.

• Experience in Paid Media is a plus.

• Experience in Influencer Marketing is a plus.

• Previous experience in an agency or consulting role.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
