This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and oversee a weekly/monthly content calendar that drives brand expansion and consultation requests.
• Generate original, legally compliant content for reels/short-form videos, carousel posts, stories, and static graphics.
• Edit short-form video material (including hooks, pacing, captions, and clean cuts) to enhance platform effectiveness.
• Craft clear, professional, and engaging captions and on-brand copy in fluent English.
• Organize and manage posts and campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn utilizing appropriate tools.
• Monitor comments and inbox messages, responding professionally to enhance trust and engagement (or appropriately route sensitive inquiries).
• Analyze performance using platform analytics and convert insights into actionable improvements (what to replicate, discontinue, or experiment with next).
• Uphold a consistent brand voice that balances warmth and approachability with the professionalism expected of a law firm.
• Collaborate with attorneys/team members to identify topics, develop educational content, and ensure timely approvals.
• Manage multiple deadlines concurrently without compromising content quality.
• **Must-Have:**
• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand (not solely personal accounts).
• Experience in creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Proficient short-form video editing skills (reels/TikTok style) using tools such as CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong design capabilities for social graphics and carousels utilizing Canva (or similar tools).
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone fitting for a legal brand.
• Organized content planning and scheduling skills, including familiarity with Meta Business Suite and handling multiple posting deadlines.
• **Nice to Have:**
• Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based law firm (highly preferred) or another professional services brand (medical, financial, etc.).
• Knowledge of creating educational content that maintains accuracy and compliance (particularly in Family Law topics).
• Ability to develop simple content systems (templates, repeatable formats, hooks, topic banks) that enhance consistency and efficiency.
• Experience managing or assisting with paid social campaigns (Meta) and coordinating boosts/promotions.
• Capacity to assist with light community management workflows and lead handling to facilitate consultations.
• **Important:**
• This role necessitates authentic, original content creation. Candidates who depend on AI tools for writing/design/video concepts, or who submit AI-generated portfolios/template-only work, will not be considered further.
