📋 Description

• Transform long-form video content into engaging Pinterest pins, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video formats.

• Upload and format content for various platforms utilizing provided assets.

• Ensure consistency in branding and tone across all content.

• Organize and manage a comprehensive content library.

• Convert video content or outlines into blog posts (AI-assisted methods are acceptable).

• Upload and format blog posts within WordPress.

• Insert and update affiliate links (training will be provided).

• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly linked content structure.

• Assist in drafting and organizing email campaigns.

• Repurpose existing content into formats suitable for email.

• Support basic email marketing workflows.

• Assist in organizing content ideas and drafts.

• Contribute to scaling initiatives as the business grows.

• Help alleviate workload so that the founder can concentrate on strategy and growth.

• Some familiarity or understanding of social media content.

• Comfortable working with short-form video and repurposed content.

• Strong proficiency in written English.

• Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and instructions.

• Comfortable using or willing to learn AI tools for content drafting.

• Experience with or eagerness to learn WordPress.

• Organized, reliable, and proactive in work approach.

• Experience in the travel, lifestyle, or blogging sectors (Nice-to-Have).

• Familiarity with Pinterest, YouTube Shorts, and affiliate marketing (Nice-to-Have).

• Basic experience in email marketing (Nice-to-Have).

• Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools (Nice-to-Have).
