Social Media Content Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on newsletters, events, and announcements for the firm.

• Work alongside the design team to create graphics and visual content.

• Support paid social media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.

• Evaluate platform performance and refine strategies based on data and trends.

• Enhance engagement, follower count, and website traffic through both organic and paid initiatives.

• Conduct research on relevant legal and business topics to aid in content generation.

• Compose and refine marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, press releases, and website content.

• Organize and maintain content libraries that include copy, graphics, and videos.

• Collaborate with attorneys and the marketing team to generate thought leadership and interview-focused content.

• Create and uphold a monthly content calendar that aligns with firm initiatives and campaigns.

• Develop and distribute engaging content across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google.

⛳️ Requirements

• Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media for a business or brand (professional services experience preferred).

• Exceptional writing and editing abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Experience in managing multiple platforms and overseeing content calendars.

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Slides).

• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn advertising campaigns.

• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
